not been an update for a while, but here is one. Its been sweaty as owt in the burgh lately but we have been getting out and riding lots, Simon has been shooting some sweet photos as always. The Edinburgh festival thing will be in town soon which means there will be twice as many people, which means twice as many dickheads. Barny had his 21st the other day and George is havin his next week i think...should be a laugh.

Daze is Gary Shields, a graffiti writer from Glasgow who in March was jailed for 28 months after pleading guilty to 8 offences. Now whatever your opinion on graffiti, almost two and a half years in prison for 8 counts can hardly be considered reasonable. This miscarriage of justice could well ruin his life, and for what? changing the colour of a surface... im not suggesting that he shouldn't be punished, but surely community service would have been sufficient for a young person who had a steady job and was no threat to anybody. This comes at a time when potentially violent criminals are recieving suspended sentences because of overcrowding in prisons! This affects everyone, if things like this go unquestioned then the authorities will think they can do as they please. What can you do? Join the Facebook group

Duncan and me went for a stroll in town and found some sweet pieces of art and a nice sunset, some of these were done in 2002 and haven't been tagged over, i reckon its because they are so good. We also walked past what we think was a chav alarm, you know one of those high pitched whines that chavs don't like, although it was in someones garden.

I've seen Lords of Bastard play 3 times now and they are mint! Its hard to describe there style, instrumental rock, with hints of Queens of the Stone Age? maybe...but whatever its loud and fast which is the main thing. Lucero played Nice N'Sleazy's in Glasgow on the 2nd of December and it was sick! a big group of us went trough from Edinburgh. After the show we all got pretty loose in the bar with the guys from Lucero. The show was really small and pretty intimate which made it soo much better, highlights included Barry Gold and Ben from Lucero singing Kiss the Bottle 3 times out in the street and george just being george really, they said they would come back to play scotland again in May..i hope they do
